Participants will learn to regain control of escalating situations through effective defensive actions.
The end-user training in this system is a one-day course. Those who attend the full three-day program will be certified as basic instructors for their departments, allowing them to teach the core Aggression Response & Control Tactics curriculum and conduct in-house training for new hires and ongoing professional development.​​

This three-day course is designed for Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Fire, Paramedics, and medical staff, equipping them with essential communication techniques, de-escalation strategies, and effective responses to unexpected attacks. Participants will learn to maintain self-control and manage high-stress situations without escalating conflicts, using both verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

While the end-user course is one day, those who complete the full three-day program will be certified as instructors in the basic program, allowing them to teach the core Aggression Response Training curriculum within their departments.
